Making sure you know you’re in play mode in Unity

Have you ever been using Unity and you make adjustments to some game objects but when you press the play button you realise that you’re already in play mode and now your changes have been lost? Well, this is the guide for you.

It is a very simple change that will better your game development experience by far.

Go to Edit ->preferences -> colors -> play mode tint and now pick a colour from your colour wheel.

This tip has saved me in my projects before and will help you to no longer make that same mistake. Now go carry on with your game development.
